Fall 2026 Recreational Season!

 ALL Buddy and Sibling Requests must be submitted through our Special Request Form no later than 6/16/2026. Email requests will not be considered.

Payment and Refund Policy:

• Early Registration: Apr 15 - May 15, 2026
  •  D7 (Aug 1, 2019 - July 31, 2021) & D6 (Aug 1, 2017- July 31, 2019): $185
  •  D5 (Aug 1, 2015 - July 31, 2017), D4 (Aug 1, 2013 - July 31, 2015), D3 (Aug 1, 2011 - July 31, 2013), D2 (Aug 1, 2009 - July 31, 2011) & D1 (Aug 1, 2007 - July 31, 2009): $215
• Regular Registration: May 16 - June 16, 2026
  • D7 (Aug 1, 2019 - July 31, 2021) & D6 (Aug 1, 2017 - July 31, 2019): $225
  • D5 (Aug 1, 2015 - July 31, 2017), D4 (Aug 1, 2013 - July 31, 2015), D3 (Aug 1, 2011 - July 31, 2013), D2 (Aug 1, 2009 - July 31, 2011) & D1 (Aug 1, 2007 - July 31, 2009): $255
• Online Registration Closes: June 16, 2026 at midnight.

 

• LATE REGISTRATION: Starts June 17, 2026 at the clubhouse - Click here for hours.
• $20 late fee added starting June 17, 2026 
• ALL players must register at the clubhouse for late registration - Click here for hours.
• Late registrations go directly to the waitlist. Players will only be added to a team if room is available or a player drops.
• LAST DAY for players to be placed on waitlist is 7/2/2026. 
• There is NO guarantee that a player will be placed on a team.
• If a player is NOT placed on a team, they will have their fees refunded. 
• Only Refund Requests prior to 06/16/2026 will be considered, minus administrative fees.

 

• Cancellations done during: - Early Bird Period: 100% refund, - Regular Period: 75% refund, Late Period: 50% refund.
• NO REFUNDS after roster freeze 8/16/2026.
• Refund requests for medical reasons during season: Case by case with doctor's note.  

No accommodations will be made once rosters are made, this includes practice days/times and locations. No refund will be provided. 

Payment must be made at time of registration for player to be completely registered. 

 

City of Vista Scholarship: If waiting for Vista Scholarship funds, player's registration will not be completed until the funds are received. The date funds are received and placed onto player's registration will be the date registered NOT when the registration process was started. As a reminder, the Vista Scholarship DOES NOT guarantee placement on a team. IF you are awarded the Vista Scholarship and have already paid for your player's registration, we will refund the amount received through Vista Scholarship to the card on file. 

Vista Soccer Club is not responsible in reminding families of the Vista Scholarship.
